Food Express – LG Arena, Birmingham
We were very pleased to be awarded the contract to carry out some refurbishment work at the Food Express concession at the LG Arena, Birmingham. We were tasked with designing and installing a brand new Frying suite and which offered a ventilation solution into the existing NEC Ventilation system. This project was time sensitive over a Christmas period as they had to be open and staff trained for a big concert in the New Year.
We specified and supplied a Frying system from a specialist manufacturer Florigo who are renowned for their Frying Ranges.
Some minor building works were also carried out with changes to Wall configurations and subsequent cladding in UPVC Hygienic wall panels.
Our client was very pleased that the project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
